- Precision Stamping is not only ISO Certified, but our procedures and processes were set up from day one with an eye towards ISO Certification. The ISO certification process did not require an implementation of new policies or procedures, simply a validation of existing ones. ISO is a part of our company DNA.
- Precision Stamping runs many jobs using customer supplied raw materials. Our inventory management system is setup to segregate and track customer supplied raw materials. We produce parts from customer provided coil stock, structural steel, aluminum extrusion, sheet stock and many more.
- Precision Stamping also maintains strong relationships with raw material vendors and is capable of obtaining small to large quantities of a variety of materials including: steel, aluminum, stainless steel, red metals, plastics, extrusions, structural products, bar stock, sheet, plate, and coil.
- Precision Stamping has an on-site tool room that primarily focuses on keeping production tooling in proper working order, but will build small tools as our schedule permits.
- For most new tooling builds, Precision Stamping partners with a network of local tool and die shops. These tool and die shops focus only on designing and building tooling and special machines, and therefore make the necessary investments in equipment and software necessary to remain competitive and relevant in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Throughout the course of tooling builds our engineering manager is heavily involved with our tool shops to insure that all new tooling will be delivered on-time, produce parts to spec, and be reliable in production over the course of time.
- Precision Stamping has developed the capability to meet the needs of our clients whether they need 1 piece or 1,000,000 pieces. Our involvement in the prototype phase of the project can help ensure manufacturability and cost effectiveness.
